The Acting Musical Theater class is an exciting adventure. Each week students will learn to express themselves more easily, gain confidence, self-esteem, improve communication skills and develop poise. We will be doing relaxation and breathing exercises, voice work, theater games, improvisations, such as walking around “in character.” For example, if they were to pick out a baseball player, they might walk around practicing throwing a baseball into a mitt, and playing a game where they have to tell a story about an every day object. Many more improvisation games. Eventually, as the group gets to know each other, work on scene study and monologues, contemporary and classical. There will be performance opportunities on our stage.  Students will learn to Act, Sing & Move.
    Preschool Acting / Musical Theater
(3 – 5 year olds)
Theater is a fun way for young children to express themselves. Basic exercises to warm up, theater games, dance, singing and acting. 55 minute class. Class size limited to 10 students with one teacher and assistant teacher.

Young Stars ( 6 - 9 years old)
Students will learn scenes from Broadway Shows,  theater games, vocal warm ups, stage movement, and more.  55 minute class.

  Soaring Stars ( 10 years old  and up)
Students will learn scenes from Broadway Shows,  theater games, vocal warm ups, stage movement, and more. .    Students love this class – they learn and have a great time. 55 minute class.
